Terms & Conditions

1. Product guarantee and warranty

All our products are covered by a 60-day no quibble money back guarantee. We also offer a 12 months warranty against wear and tear for all of our jewellery range. Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced free of charge. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.

2. Returns

Returns which include refunds, exchanges, alterations or faulty goods should be sent to Magna-Health Ltd, PO Box 338, Edgware, Middx, HA8 8HZ, U.K. Please ensure that your invoice is included. It is recommended that a proof of delivery method is used to return the goods for your insurance purposes. All returns will be dealt with within 7 working days of receipt.

Please note that returns from customers from outside the UK may also be subject to a £6 postage charge, depending on the circumstance of the return.

Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your goods and would like a refund please return your goods within 60 days, together with your invoice and we will refund the total cost, less the postage paid. It is recommended that a proof of delivery method is used to return the goods.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your goods for an alternative product please return the item in its original condition and packaging together with your invoice within 7 working days. We will either debit or credit your account depending on the difference in cost, plus a £3 handling charge. It is recommended that a proof of delivery method is used to return the goods.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If any goods received are faulty or damaged, please return the items to us together with your invoice within 7 working days and we will replace them for you free of charge .It is recommended that a proof of delivery method is used to return the goods.

Alterations

Alterations & repairs will be undertaken free of charge if purchased within the previous 12 months, otherwise there will be a £5 handling charge.

3. Magnetic Strength

Magnetic strengths quoted for each individual product are those published by the manufacturers or suppliers.

4. Disclaimer

Our products contain tiny but powerful magnets, which create a strong magnetic field. There is no scientific proof, however that magnetic fields relieve pain. We therefore do not make any therapeutic claims about our products.

Magnet therapy is absolutely safe and harmless. Our products should not however be worn by pacemaker users, or users of any implanted electrical-medical devices. We also recommend they should not to be worn during pregnancy.

If you feel unwell, Magna Health Ltd always recommends that you always visit your doctor immediately.

All the claims on our web site relate to the benefits that our customers have experienced, contained in the hundreds of testimonials we have on file. These claims are not made by Magna-Health Ltd itself

5. Delivery

All orders will be despatched by First Class Royal Mail within 3-5 working days of receipt, subject to availability.
